Finally, our team makes regular reassessments to refine and optimize your plan for the best results. These reassessments typically take place every 3-6 months.

This pattern helps build consistency and accountability—and shows us (and your therapist) whether you would benefit from an increased level of care. Examples of a higher level of care might include:

  • Meeting with a coach more than once a week
  • Sending your therapist an email if you skip a session
  • Receiving email reports more than once per week
